1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gigafyd platform at https://gigafyd.app, operated by ToucheTruth Enterprise LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. SMS Notification Program Terms

ToucheTruth Enterprise LLC offers an optional automated transactional SMS notification service for registered users of Gigafyd.

• Program Description: Users who opt in receive real-time notifications regarding their account interactions, including new follower alerts, performance booking inquiries, peer gear share escrow handovers, and direct platform messages.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on account activity and individual user notification settings.
• Cost & Rates: Message and data rates may apply. ToucheTruth Enterprise LLC does not charge a fee for receiving text alerts, but standard carrier rates apply according to your wireless plan.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message received. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message verifying your cancellation. No further text messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
• Customer Support: If you need assistance with the messaging service, text HELP to any message received, or email customer support at support@gigafyd.app.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Marketplace & Transactional Roles

Gigafyd acts as an operational and payment facilitation platform for independent performers, venue operators, equipment providers, and students. Independent creators operate as their own merchants of record under Stripe Connect.
